Group Coaching | Awakening the Leader Within You
People do not live their lives in isolation. Other people make significant differences in their lives. They live with other people, work with other people, and other people contribute to their spiritual and emotional lives.
I work with people individually as both a spiritual director and a leadership coach. However, there are often meaningful reasons for me to work with people in couples or groups. Some simply work better when they are working together toward common goals. Others come together to share experiences and help each other learn to face challenges. Some groups need help mediating conflicts or sorting through different communication styles. Other groups work with me to create and develop a community around core values, or to address specific issues that are keeping them from taking the next step forward.
